
THE AROMATHERAPY YOGA BASIC PRACTICE IS A HEALING CLASS
The Yoga Therapy Class was designed to combines aromatherapy, pranayamas, affirmations, meditation, visualization and mindfulness while doing the asanas (postures) secuences.
This class was composed of varied modified sequences where the participants could experience the benefits of specifics essential oils in their body. The series of asanas were combined with a different blend of essential oil that will boost the oxygenation of the cells and reduce muscle tension and joint pain.
I can tell you that the intention of this workshop was fulfilled. In some way, people experiment healing itself in body and mind. See the testimonies of this spectacular workshop!

For me the practice with aromatherapy was an experience which exceeded all my expectations. It was a very complete practice in which I could experimented changes in my emotions. At the beginning I was arrived with anxiety by over thinking about if I could achieve it at the practice; But then you’re explains and taking us step by step and to demonstrates what we would and can do. So I start experimenting various emotions, visualizing my body and feeling well-being.
I felt empowered, energized, flexible and in total synchronicity with my mind and body in perfect harmony.
